We had a wonderful eight-day stay, and the staff were the best part of the hotel. The cleaning team was attentive and kept everything spotless. It’s a beautiful, historic hotel, 100 years old, but well maintained and very clean. The rooms are comfortable, and the bathrooms are the only recently renovated part; they’ve kept the original character elsewhere. Breakfast was simple but delicious, and the service was friendly. The location is excellent: the front opens directly onto the pedestrian area, while the park at the back leads down to the river or lets you enjoy the view from the garden.

Loved it. Right in the city center, this place is well maintained and feels safe. The service was very good 😊, and the prices were good too 😉.

The staff are attentive, and the hotel is pretty, with a patio overlooking the river and a suspension bridge. The rooms are average and could be better. I had breakfast and lunch there, but the food selection was very limited and didn’t fill me up. I was disappointed by how small the portions were, since it meant having to buy food outside the hotel. The backyard needs more lighting. They also have a very friendly pet weasel, hehe.

A quiet and welcoming hotel that’s clean, simple, and reasonably priced. The location is ideal, across from the pedestrian area and behind the bus terminal. Very comfortable!

There’s absolute tranquility here, with access to the river and a spot right in the center of Mina Clavero. The owners provide excellent service. A wonderful hotel.
