The room was very basic, with only a fan, but it was very clean and the atmosphere felt family-friendly. The owner and her staff were incredibly friendly, especially since we hadn’t been able to find a hotel that day. Still, I think the price was high for the service, considering other inns we’ve stayed at in Mina Clavero.
Mariana even brought cookies for Juani, which was so thoughtful. Thank you for making our stay more enjoyable. The service was excellent and the location superb. We’ll definitely come back!
The people were the best part, so friendly, and we had a wonderful time. It’s a beautiful, very clean place in a great location, with good food. I highly recommend it!
The manager was extremely rude, and the food was abysmal. One dinner was just a slice each of cheese, ham, and eggplant. Another was a tortilla square measuring 10 x 10 cm and only 2 cm thick. The rest of the meal went much the same way. The bathrooms are also unsuitable for elderly people. The bathtub is too high and dangerous.
The rooms and hotel amenities were clean, and everyone on staff was respectful and attentive. We had a wonderful experience and received excellent service.
