The room had grime beneath the bed and cobwebs on the nightstands, which left me uncomfortable and unsure about the cleanliness. Finishes looked careless, and upkeep clearly didn't seem like a priority. The facilities overall were in serious disrepair, with an unpleasant smell and visible dirt in several places. The outdoor jacuzzi was especially concerning, with green water and an unhygienic look. The grass around it was overgrown, adding to the sense that the property was neglected. I wouldn't recommend staying here if you want a pleasant, clean visit. It has potential, and I hope the owners improve these conditions.

We couldn't stay past the first night and lost all the money we paid. The room had basic problems too, including a toilet chain that didn't work, but the owner refused our request for even a partial refund and called everything "unforeseen circumstances." The building and hygiene were appalling, completely uninhabitable. I absolutely can't recommend this place. I've attached photos.

We left the room free when we checked out, and I asked Fernando, the owner, politely if he could return 30% so we could reach a fair compromise. He said he'd speak with the "owner" in Buenos Aires, though it turned out he was the owner. His diploma from the Hotel Academy, with his name on it, was hanging in the living room. I also didn't mention air conditioning in my earlier comment, and it had nothing to do with the issue. The supposed quick fix for the bathroom chain meant waiting 40 minutes every time the tank needed to refill. The room cost $60.00 a night, so I expected basic hygiene and air that wasn't too damp to breathe. When we arrived, there was blood on the sheets and a hairball in the shower drain. Two days after I got back to Buenos Aires, I had athlete's foot. I turned down a room change because they wanted to charge me the difference. Incredible. They don't cut the grass, so in flip-flops your feet get wet from the dew, and it smells like dog excrement. The Google and other hotel site photos are very old. The building is now in ruins. I did ask whether breakfast included eggs when booking, and apparently that bothered them too. Plenty of other comments describe the same experience. Hope this helps someone. Regards.

We were so disappointed and helpless. The rooms were dark, several had damp walls, and cleanliness was awful. Maintenance seemed completely absent, and the website photos gave us the wrong impression. We decided not to spend even one night there, so we lost the reservation money. Luckily, we found another hotel that was cheaper, beautiful, and clean. I hope this helps someone.
