Hotel La Cibeles

Our room had a fan, refrigerator, kettle, and microwave. Breakfast is included in the daily price, which is reasonable. The owners were friendly, the place was very welcoming, and I especially liked how clean it was. Thank you, Francisco.

The room had plenty of comforts and met our expectations, and reception was helpful with good services. There’s a place to park vehicles. The location is central and not far from the beach. Guests also get free breakfast at café Rex, on the pedestrian street.

We stayed three nights as a group of five, and I’d come back. The service was excellent and everything was very clean. Our room had two separate bedrooms, one with three single beds and the other with a double. The refrigerator, microwave, and electric appliances all worked perfectly. There was uncovered parking, too. Breakfast was good, served at the nearby Rex café around the corner rather than at the hotel.

The cleanliness was impeccable, the service was good, and hot water was never a problem. For breakfast, they gave us a voucher to use at a cafe, which worked out fine. The location is very good, but the hotel is old and poorly maintained. The mattresses seem like they’re from the 80s and were bad. The refrigerator didn’t work, Wi-Fi was practically unusable because the signal was so weak, and the TVs were tiny and very old, with dead batteries in the remotes. It’s somewhere to stay for a few days.
