You can bring food from outside and use the dining room, and they provide tableware. Breakfast is varied and good quality, housekeeping comes daily, and the hotel is versatile, very nice, and reasonably priced. It’s a lovely family-run place in a great spot near the beach and pedestrian area. Rooms are comfortable and clean, though the shower is a bit small. The water pressure is good, which isn’t always the case in Miramar. Highly recommended for families.

January 2026. We won’t come back. The staff were empathetic and helpful throughout, but the owner’s poor management and service were the problem. He treated me badly, even laughing in my face. As a woman, I doubt he would have spoken to a man in that same tone. I hope others think twice before booking and paying here. I approached him respectfully with a few simple suggestions that could have improved the guest experience, but he got annoyed as soon as I started speaking. The liquid soap dispenser was broken, and they weren’t replenishing the toilet paper roll. The room also had no blankets after the temperature had dropped sharply. It was 10 degrees Celsius with a south wind, and we were freezing. After we complained, they gave us a light blanket. The owner said it was a two-star hotel and I shouldn’t expect much, and that I had to ask whenever something was missing. He said it was summer and removing all the bedding had been his decision, implying the cold was my fault. He also put down the staff, saying, “Well... you can’t expect much from them... they don’t even know how to make tea.” That showed no respect for his own team.

The staff were friendlier than I expected, and the breakfast was excellent and plentiful, with delicious bread. The room was clean and comfortable, and the location was excellent. Highly recommended.

The staff are warm and welcoming, and the rooms are modern, bright, and beautiful. Breakfast was generous and healthy, with coffee, tea, fresh juice, croissants, toast, cereal, and more. Great value for money. I highly recommend it!
