The staff were professional, warm, and quick to help, and the service was excellent. They came in to tidy up as many as three times a day. Once, we were out for just 20 minutes and came back to a clean room with fresh towels and sheets. We stayed for the first two weeks of January, starting January 3, 2026. The electronic key room had a very comfortable double bed, lots of space, a small table and two chairs, plus a large built-in wardrobe with a safe. The bathroom was modern, complete, clean, and comfortable, with hot water whenever we needed it. Everything looked brand new. There was no air conditioning, but the ceiling fan was enough because the room was already cool, even during some very hot days. Breakfast was simple but plentiful, with croissants, toast, jam, butter, orange juice, and more. It's only a block from the center. The hotel is one of the few with its own parking next to the building, included in the price, and staff keep an eye on the area. Paying cash costs much less than the advertised price, so that's worth keeping in mind. It's rated two stars, though I think it should be three. My wife and I send our sincerest congratulations to the staff and company!

This is our second stay, and we'd happily come back. The value for money is EXCELLENT, the location and staff are GREAT, and having parking is a real luxury. 👍

The price and quality are more than satisfactory. All the staff were attentive, and Pilar deserves a special mention. Her impressive treatment and commitment to giving guests a wonderful experience make her a genius.

Cleanliness, service, location, and value were all excellent. The downside is that you only get two croissants per person. There are toasted croissants too, but they're so good that two just isn't enough. Some days we had to wait for hot water in the bathroom, and you can hear everything happening in the room next door, bathroom to bathroom.
