I went in January for the multicultural fair, and the inn itself and the service were wonderful 😍❤️. The location is great, right across from Miguel Lillo Park, which is lovely for a walk. I was charmed by the historic feel, the decor, and all the little touches, from the sheets to the lobby armchairs where I took tons of photos 😊. Service was excellent. My one complaint was breakfast at the café on the corner. It opens late, and you have to wait for the coffee machine to warm up.

The location worked so well, facing the park and near both the beach and Plaza San Martín. We were 28 people, and they made sure everyone had their questions answered. Even arriving in the early morning hours was easy: Jesús welcomed us, looked after us, and showed us to our rooms. The receptionists were incredibly kind, the place felt comfortable, and it was very clean. The decor fits the history of the place perfectly.

The room was roomy and comfortable, and the location was really good. There was quite a bit of noise from outside and the other rooms, though. Service was excellent!

The beach and town center are both about 300 meters away, with the park right across the street. It's definitely my favorite place in Necochea.

There isn't an elevator, so you have to haul your bags up two flights of stairs, and nobody was there to help. The space under the bed was full of bags and hadn't been cleaned. They don't offer breakfast.
