The location was good, near the beach, and the room was comfortable. The morning staff member was good too. The floor in my room was very dirty, with lots of stains, and the bathroom leaked.

The location, parking, clean rooms, and friendly staff were all great, and I'd definitely stay again. It's a block and a half from the beach, family-friendly, and good value. The room was simple but smelled nice, and housekeeping did a good job. Breakfast had good croissants, but the toast and juice were a letdown.

The concierge was the highlight, really friendly and helpful, and the location is excellent, surrounded by bars and restaurants near the beach and pedestrian area. For the price, you can't ask for more, it's excellent! It's decent value, with basic breakfast. The room's cleanliness, paint, and bathrooms stood out. There was no air conditioning.

The breakfast was a delicious surprise, better than I expected. The reception team is helpful, and they'll even give you hot water for your thermos without charging, unlike many places. They may not know much about activities in Necochea, so ask the receptionist, they know everything. The location is excellent, near downtown and the beach. Rooms are spacious and nice, though the building is dated and there are hardly any outlets. My room did have a hairdryer and balcony.
