Deplorable. The place is old, stuck in time, and has had no real maintenance or modernization. Breakfast was awful, yet the price was like a three-star hotel. We paid $105,000 for a double room, and when I tried to use my debit card, they said there was a surcharge. I had to make a transfer, and they didn’t give me a receipt. Don’t go, you can find much better places for that price.

The location and breakfast were the good parts, but the hygiene was terrible. The blanket was old and dirty, and the sheets and pillows had hair on them and clearly hadn’t been washed. Dust mites were crawling on the bed, and even on me when I walked barefoot on the carpet. It felt like Pepe's vacation in Mar de las Pompas.

The staff were impeccable and helpful, and the location is truly prime. It’s a shame the hotel looks old and poorly maintained. The bathrooms are incredibly outdated and uncomfortable, and the beds leave a lot to be desired. I’d have slept better on the floor. Given where it is, I think it could be the best accommodation option, but it needs modernization and the comfort people want from a hotel stay.

The apartment was really quiet and right in the city center, just 200 meters from the beach. The bathroom was old but perfect. I liked it and will be back.
