Angy welcomed us so warmly, and the service throughout was outstanding. The place is beautiful, the rooms are comfortable and lovely, and the kitchen has everything you need. We had a delicious breakfast before getting back on the road. Highly recommend!

I stayed more than 60 days and got to know everyone, from reception staff Laura, Kimberly, Julian, Gabriel, and Leo to the cleaning staff Romina and Erica. Every one of them was kind, helpful, charismatic, and respectful. They were impeccable and made my stay comfortable and more than pleasant. I’d choose this place again for the combination of location, facilities, and service.

I left the next day after a terrible experience. I’d paid 400,000 pesos upfront, yet from that first night the staff treated me badly, as though I hadn’t paid and they were doing me a favor. They arbitrarily wouldn’t let me use the dining room or other common areas after 1 a.m., even though I had no lights on, was quietly using my computer, and wasn’t disturbing anyone. When I asked what I could do instead, I got answers like “I don’t know” and “go to the patio.” I requested the hotel policies, but they sent them four hours later. The whole staff was awful. Leaving also cost me money for transportation. They made me wait until 6 p.m. without giving me any answers. After I kept insisting and said I’d take legal action, I was still waiting. At 8 p.m. they contacted me and said I had to come to the location in 39-degree heat or pay for transport again. They’re also going to deduct the night I stayed up until noon to get, refuse to make transfers, don’t issue invoices, and won’t even tell me how much they’re deducting. This is unacceptable and an unfair deal. I suffered all the damage, and it was caused solely by them.

Booking through WhatsApp was easy thanks to good customer service, and the reception staff were helpful. We asked for a private double room. It was adequate, with a comfortable bed, but it was small and poorly ventilated, and the bathroom sink was clogged. The hostel feels a bit pricey. Parking costs extra and is two blocks away, which I think should be included. The noise was terrible, so it’s only somewhere to sleep for the night, not a place to rest. And the so-called included breakfast was the worst part: the coffee was watery and undrinkable, and what they served was extremely poor for the price.
