Breakfast had plenty of choice and was delicious. The rooms were bright, modern, airy, and huge, and the staff were helpful.

The front desk guys were super nice, and the place was clean and central. Our big room had good Wi-Fi and strong hot water in the shower. Indoor parking is secure, though it costs extra. Highly recommended.

The staff were good, but I can't call this a hotel. At best, it felt like a motel. There's no restaurant, just a modest breakfast in the morning, and no gym or room service. There isn't much to attract guests. It might suit military personnel or oil field workers passing between home and work. Apart from having a shower in the room, I'd almost rather sleep in a tent and eat MREs. I can't understand the 4- and 5-star ratings. Maybe those reviewers haven't stayed in a real hotel.

Hotel Neu has very large rooms, though there's not much luxury or service. Breakfast was okay, with a little of everything. Parking costs extra, and managing it can be tricky with a big car. It works well for a few days or as a stop while passing through.
