The apartment was awful, just deplorable. No microwave, torn curtains, missing tiles, a rusty electric oven and stovetop, ripped sheets, and a baseboard coming loose. They took the cost of my parking space off after I complained, and the other apartments they offered were in the same shape. I only stayed because I was there for a health issue and couldn’t find another option. One word: SHAMEFUL 😡

We only stopped for one night on the way to Bariloche to rest, and it was a disaster. The noise from people working hard went on until 1 am and was unbearable. There was no hot water for a shower, and neither of the two TVs had a remote, so they couldn’t be used. We complained, but nothing was fixed. After such a long trip, being able to shower is the least you expect, and they showed no consideration. When we arrived, the street was completely torn up and blocked. They almost wouldn’t let us use the garage and wanted us to go to another one, then walk several blocks with our suitcases. Not recommended at all.

Really awful experience. The apartment was dirty. In the photo of the shower stall, there was something so disgusting that a simple cleaning would have taken care of it. The shower wouldn’t stay in place either, as shown in the video.

WE WERE ROBBED!! I paid extra to leave my SUV in their corner parking lot, and made the mistake of telling the receptionist it was full of suitcases. Guess whose vehicle was the only one targeted in the whole lot? When I asked whether anyone kept watch over the place, they said not on Sundays... 🤦♂️

We went twice. The first visit was great, but the second time the bed was crawling with bugs, like lice. I left covered in bites. Disgusting! We complained and didn’t even get a refund. I’d check the beds and closets.
