We stayed here for our wedding, and the hotel was in a shocking state for $200-300+ a night. It felt like one- or two-star quality. The place was dangerously run-down and badly maintained. The bathroom shower flooded, there were no phones in the rooms, no parking, and nobody answered when we called. At least the staff were reasonably friendly.

Want a night that feels like a chapter of "Prison Break"? Try staying at Wyndham Tigre. My wife and I found there was hot water only until 11 pm, and we couldn’t call the front desk because there was no phone in the room.

The condos are comfortable, and the marina view is really nice. Parking underground is great, with direct elevator access. The building needs upkeep, though, including repairs to cracks in the exterior stucco and fresh paint. The gym is nice and can be paid for right at the condominium entrance, but some of its equipment needs fixing.

The staff were excellent, polite, and quick to help, but the way they handled the room problem was the worst part. My first room had issues with the blackouts, and the sheets were dirty. They apologized quickly and moved me, but the replacement had a smaller bed and armchair and fewer coat hangers. If you give someone a bad room, you should offer the same level or better, not a downgrade. There was no stationery, and the pen was broken, so it felt like they made a mistake and then downgraded us. I don’t blame housekeeping, they’re human and I understand, but apologies followed by a worse room doesn’t feel like good customer service. I hope the rest of my stay goes better.
