A relaxing stay.

The people were friendly, and the location is the best thing about the place. The rooms are just okay. In our room, the bathroom smelled all the time, and the pillows and mattress were badly worn and need replacing. The pool was average, with only a tiny heated section. Breakfast was mediocre. You choose from a list, but there isn't much variety. Maybe this was an excellent place years ago, but it needs updating now. For the quality, the price is too high.

The pool on the terrace had warm water, with indoor and outdoor sections, lounge chairs, and parasols. We enjoyed it in the afternoons. The hotel is close to the sea and just four blocks from downtown Pinamar. From our arrival on, everything was excellent: reception, breakfast in our room, fresh towels, and cleanliness. The staff were friendly and always ready to help with questions. We'd recommend it for a relaxing stay near the sea, and we'll be back!

The two female receptionists were warm and friendly, and the heated pool with an ocean view is a highlight, as is the location. But the room was run down, smelled of sewage from the bathroom, and the door wouldn't lock from inside. I was told that was intentional because a woman had once been trapped, but then I saw that a door in another room did lock from inside. Breakfast was disappointing for such a high price. We'd gone for five years in a row during the off-season, but in 2025 we were incredibly let down by the service from the manager, Manuel, and his partner, Erica. We received mistreatment from both, and can no longer recommend the place. They should read Consumer Protection Law 24240. Service details matter and make all the difference. We had never complained about the sewage smell, the poor breakfast, the confusing communication about off-season promotions, or the parking situation before. That chapter is closed for us. The cost to quality ratio isn't worth it.
