Hotel Arenas

Hotel Arenas was a great stay. The rooms are spacious, and the place is really well located in Pinamar, so we could walk everywhere. The staff were very attentive, everything was spotless, and breakfast was delicious. There’s a cold pool for summer and a heated one with a jacuzzi, Scottish shower, games room, changing room, sauna, and gym. We’ll definitely keep coming back.

The place is badly run down and poorly maintained. The bedding was very old, so I took it all off and left only the sheets, which were clean but stained. Nobody even asked whether I needed towels. Parking is first come, first served. The location and pools are the only things worth mentioning, and the value for money is terrible.

There’s a nice play area, and the location is excellent. The hotel is classic in style, clean, comfortable, and has excellent service. Its outdoor heated pool has a good-sized sundeck; there’s also a large indoor heated pool in the spa, with two hot tubs. It’s a beautiful space and I’d recommend the hotel. The one drawback was weak Wi-Fi in the rooms.

The pools were clean and well kept, and the location was the only other thing I liked. Everything else felt old and neglected, even though it was clean. I asked for my room to be cleaned, but it never happened. The beds were uncomfortable, the air conditioner leaked water inside, and parking was first come, first served despite the fortune it costs. It felt like a hotel from the 90s that had fallen into disrepair. I wouldn’t return. It was a bad experience.
