A fair hotel if all you need is somewhere to stay. Most rooms don't have air conditioning. The hotel needs refurbishment, especially the low-standard water system. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

The location is amazing, close to the beach and Pinamar downtown, and that's the only reason I'm giving it two stars. The facilities are old, like they're stuck in the early 80s, and they're dirty and poorly maintained. The customer service was the worst part, absolutely horrible. I wouldn't recommend it.

Everything seems to be kept to the bare minimum, whether it's a product or a service. Just the lowest price for the value. The swimming pool is worth the price.

The breakfast was disappointing too, with croissants the only reliable item. There were no sugar bowls or napkins at the tables, and you had to be told they were on the counter by the milk dispenser. The dispenser wasn't even labeled to show whether it was milk or coffee. In the room, the shower was terrible, with low pressure, and if you turned it up it shut off again after a few seconds. The bed advertised as double was actually two single beds pushed together. Sheets and bedspread were stained, poor quality, and had no elastic. There was no AC or ceiling fan, just wall-mounted fans. The TV, brand X, had terrible picture quality. No trash can or chair to put things on either. The only light was the ceiling light, controlled from the entrance, with no bedside lamps.
