Fabio, Sole, and the whole team were always there when we needed them, and the staff’s attention really made the difference. The cook went out of her way with nutritious dishes that were nicely presented, and breakfast was plentiful and varied. Even simple things had that extra bit of care. At first the internet was very poor at the far end of the first floor, but staff quickly offered a wireless signal booster and that fixed it. We asked for cleaning every other day and it was good. The photos are a few years old, but the maintenance staff work hard to keep things up. It’s a modest hotel, very well located, and I’d return. Thank you all.

The only good things I can say are the location and how friendly the people were. There were six of us squeezed into a tiny apartment, and the photos make it look newer than it is. Breakfast was incomplete, with croissants that were three days old and stale. The games room was wrecked, with broken ping pong paddles, a broken ball, and a broken table. The pool is only 50 meters deep, basically for a two-month-old baby. The gym couldn’t be used, everything was broken and the machines were dry. Cleaning every other day was obviously just superficial. For the price, it isn’t worth going.

Everything else was just okay, nothing special. The grill was decent, but the pool is a joke, only a 4-year-old could fit, and the jacuzzi is tiny. The gym is completely broken and has been welded with electrodes. There’s no large garage or reasonably quiet parking area, and internet is limited to 10 Mbps, with the connection dropping when several people use it. The bathroom fills with steam in 3 minutes, the mattresses were worn out, and 3 out of 10 sheets and towels were stained. This hotel seems suited to people 50 or older.

A welcoming, simple place, kept impeccably clean, with really good sheets. Breakfast was very complete. I recommend it!
