The bed was comfortable, the room reasonably clean, and the water was hot, but the customer service was just so-so. We tried to cancel, and they wouldn't let us; they planned to charge the full amount either way. The walls were thin drywall, so we could hear everything in the neighboring rooms. They were damaged and badly needed paint, too. The whole hotel felt incredibly cramped. The rooms were mostly bed with barely any space around it, the bathroom had no counter, and the elevators could barely fit two people.

From check-in, where Cynthia welcomed me at reception, through checkout, every department was wonderful. Everyone was friendly, had a great attitude, and communicated well. I especially want to mention supervisor Maria Del Carmen, who took responsibility and gave me the best hospitality service I've had in years. I'm looking forward to coming back with my son and daughter so they can have a good experience too. A very professional, great place to stay. Highly recommend. Jorge

The internet was fast, the showers warm, and breakfast had plenty of variety, including fresh fruit. The staff were very helpful with all our questions about trains, buses, and other things. The clean, modern place had a minimalist feel that reminded me of Europe, and it's close to the city center.

For a mid- or low-budget stay, this is an okay option. It's about four blocks from downtown, and the rooms have air conditioning, which isn't especially common in Posadas. Breakfast is okay to good. I wouldn't pick it for a holiday, but if you're stopping in Posadas and want to keep costs down, it works.

Fine for a tight budget, otherwise I wouldn't choose it. The bathroom is small and cramped.
