Cabanas Los Arroyitos

The setting is beautiful and the facilities are amazing. A great option for families and anyone who loves nature. I recommend it :)

The staff were incredibly friendly and always ready to answer questions. The cabins are comfortable, clean, and nicely maintained, with thoughtful design that made for a perfect stay. You're close to tourist attractions, yet tucked away enough to enjoy the quiet, with nature all around.

The owners were really cool, and everything in the cabin worked perfectly. It was luxurious and fully equipped, with private parking and a private grill, plus a pool in the complex. The prices were very good, not expensive at all. Everything was excellent.

The complex is up in the mountains and has incredible views. The pool is huge and was always clean, which we appreciated. But the cabin itself was another story. The kitchen was completely soaked, the sheet had old sticky mucus all over one side, so we turned it over and used the top half for our feet. In the bathroom, we moved a moldy rubber mat to let the water drain and found a giant clump of hair underneath. It wasn't ours, and it was truly disgusting. It's a shame these things get missed when the cabin is supposedly being cleaned. The service was rude and uninterested too. Nobody greeted us when we arrived. A person cleaning one of the cabins looked out and said, "You're coming here? Because I haven't cleaned it yet," then went to ask the owner what he was doing. The owner came out of what looked like the reception area and told us, "The owner says to come back in an hour." No hello, no good morning, and no apology for the delay or explanation that we'd have to wait. The unkind treatment kept going, but we made our own vacation and enjoyed it anyway, despite the bad attitude from the owner and the cleaning person.
