The cabins need a serious clean. There were cobwebs, dirty linens, hair in the bathroom, and dust all over the house, which was disappointing. Everything else was a 10/10, from the beautifully kept park to the great service from everyone, especially Cristian. I was there last week, and I still plan to come back. Hope they sort out the cleanliness.

The grounds are lovely, from the facilities and complex to all the landscaping, and the service was very good too. But cleanliness needs attention. I found lots of cobwebs, unchanged sheets, dirty bath and hand towels, and hair all over the bathroom. Such a lovely place loses something because of those details. I'd happily return, but they really should improve the cleaning.

Such a pretty, peaceful place! It wasn't exactly dirty, but it could've been cleaner. And if you reach out on WhatsApp, be ready to wait a bit. Remember to set the cabin alarm even while you're at the pool!

I was so grateful for how helpful everyone was. My car broke down, and they drove me to a garage where they fixed it. The pool was very clean, and the grounds had lots of greenery and complete quiet, great for unwinding. It's a spectacular place, with such warm, helpful staff and excellent service. Highly recommend for a vacation. The people really are so nice.
