The staff at the cottages were friendly and really helpful. Our bedroom was roomy, and the toilets were large and clean. There’s a little kitchen for cooking your own food, though we always ate out and never used it. It’s about a 10-minute walk to the main street. On the way back, there’s a slope and stairs that can be a tough climb after a long day out. We also hadn’t realized from the original description that you could pay by card.
Beautiful location and such friendly staff.
Estela was a sweetheart and the service was outstanding. We arrived before check-in, and because the cabin was unoccupied, they let us in early. The airline had lost my suitcase, so Estela lent me a hairdryer and some other things. We could also leave our luggage there after check-out until it was time to head to the airport. The cabin is lovely, comfortably fits four, and has everything you need. The price feels excellent for the service. It’s seven blocks from the center, which is close, but the walk back is uphill. That’s fine if you’re driving, but something to keep in mind on foot.
The photos are misleading. It’s somewhere to sleep, maybe nap, and that’s about it. Sure, it’s cheap, but I wouldn’t call these cabins. It was noisy, and the beds were a disaster with thin mattresses. Just a horrible place.
The cabin was comfortable and clean, though the kitchen was small.
