The biggest problem at 349 Suites was how little anyone communicated. We’d reported the water issue before arriving, but got no updates or alternative arrangement when we arrived to find there was no water. That part might have been understandable on its own. The front desk came across as unfriendly and uninterested. Cash was the only payment option, or a card with a steep 25% fee, and I had to ask before they gave me my change even after paying cash. I wouldn’t choose this hotel for a welcoming stay.

The rooms were clean, and the staff were nice. It’s near the central part of town. Just watch out for the breakfast room toaster cord, it’s easy to trip over.

The room was really nice, with a good bathroom, and breakfast was a welcome extra. It’s a little way out of town.

There’s a bakery, market, and restaurant close by, and the hotel is only steps from the city center. You can eat in the hotel too if you buy prepared food, and bicycles are available for getting around. Our room was airy, bright, and spacious, with radiator heating. Breakfast was complete and delicious, and all the staff gave excellent service.

We booked half-board through a travel agency. Dinner came with an appetizer, main course, and dessert, and the portions were generous and delicious. Breakfast was acceptable too. The hotel was comfortable and well-heated, about three blocks from the shopping center. The staff were outstanding, very friendly and always ready to help.
