Our host was responsive and very helpful. When we had a bathroom problem, he arranged a room change in under 10 minutes. I really appreciated it.

The apartments are clean and nice, in a very quiet part of town. I’d recommend staying here.

After checkout, they let us leave our bags at reception until our taxi came. The apartment was spacious and spotless, almost like new, with attractive colors and decor throughout, from the furniture and curtains to the paint, blankets, and dishes. The shower pressure was great, there was hot water, and the heating worked well. The location is excellent, within walking distance of the city center and close to everything. They also have an excursion agency if you want to book a tour.

The Wi-Fi was very slow and didn’t reach the bedroom. In the living room, it only worked near the door, and the connection kept dropping across about half the space. The kitchen sink was clogged and wouldn’t drain properly. Water also leaked from beneath the gas stove when we used the sink. They seemed like separate problems, but although the owner said he’d look into them, neither was fixed. For a taxi to the bus terminal, the owner quoted 12,000 pesos per vehicle. I asked a driver on the street about picking us up the next morning, and he agreed to use the meter. The fare came to 7,000 pesos. It was easier to arrange it myself, and communicating with the driver on WhatsApp went smoothly.
