Folk Suites

I found it good value for the price. The breakfast was surprisingly great, the common area was nice, and the location worked well. Staff service was pretty good too, and they usually replied quickly on WhatsApp. The female dorm had plenty of space and small lockers. Both the dorm and restroom were quite clean, though the restroom was a little old. My upper bunk had no power outlet nearby, and there was a charge for storing luggage overnight. I'd recommend it.

We arrived late at night, but check-in was handled well, and we were glad we'd picked Folk suits. Our double room was comfortable and warm, just right, and the whole hostel was heated, which was lovely. Breakfast was included and really good. It felt more like a hotel than a hostel to me, while the prices were closer to hostel prices. Best place I stayed during my trip to Latin America. I'd happily return. There was loud music late into the night from a nearby club or concert hall, though that seems to affect the whole city centre. Otherwise, the rooms were big and spacious, with modern design and amenities. The communal kitchen was free to use and breakfast had lots of variety. A comfortable place for a few days in this tourist hotspot of Patagonia.

The common area was nice, and the interior in the lobby was okay. The building itself was nice and the bathrooms were clean, but there was no soap to wash your hands, and the toilet doors didn't lock or even close properly. When late arrivals were shown to their beds around quarter to one at night, the receptionist kept turning on the light and talking at full volume in the room. Edit: They were still working on the hostel, and things got better each day. The manager was keen and took feedback seriously.
