The bathroom was the weak point for me. With no window, it stayed humid and could use some work. The room itself was comfortable, cleaned thoroughly every day, and the air conditioning worked perfectly. The pool was nice, though I wish the water had been a little warmer. It’s a pleasant, quiet spot close to the city center.

The staff were kind and clearly look after the property, and the pool was well maintained. We could walk into town for restaurants and the bus station, and getting to both sides of the falls was easy without a car. The rooms have what you need. I’d recommend staying here, and I’d bring my family back. Muchas Gracias 🥰

We had bugs in the room, dirty floors, and sheets that clearly hadn’t been changed. The cleaning was really poor, and the place didn’t look like the photos. They only took cash, something we hadn’t been told beforehand. The pool was dirty on our first day, then looked nice the next day, just as we had to leave.

The reception staff let us check out 30 minutes late, which was appreciated. Still, our stay was disappointing: the sheets smelled and were dirty, the towels had stains, and the floors hadn’t been cleaned. Given our experience, I think the 4.5-star Google rating is far too high.
