After a long day, the small pool was refreshing, just as it looks in the pictures, and the lounge area around it is beautifully done. Breakfast was great too. The staff were so friendly and helpful with planning visits to the waterfalls on both sides, along with lots of other suggestions. Thank you! :)

The staff were good, and for the price the quality was reasonable. The rooms felt a bit heavy, though maybe that's just how places are throughout Iguazu. It's about a 20-minute walk from downtown.

I was really disappointed. The pool was filthy, breakfast was bad, and the Wi-Fi was nearly unusable. There were bars on the windows, mold and rust throughout, and the rooms looked nothing like the photos. The lounge was missing its TV, and the furniture needs replacing. It looks like not a peso has been spent on the place since it was built a few years ago.

The room was clean and quiet, and the water was hot. We could walk to the center, though the hotel was farther away than we'd expected. The staff were friendly, but their information about Iguazú Falls was confusing and inaccurate. Some training on that could have made our stay much better.

The owners aren't giving the staff much support, even though the staff were helpful. The place was dirty, the fridge didn't work, and the bathroom vanity was fiberboard that had swollen and cracked from water. The window shades were moldy, and the Wi-Fi didn't work.
