I wouldn’t recommend staying here. The place is far from downtown Iguazu, and my room was in very poor shape, unlike the photos. The linens were a mess, with one sheet thicker than the other, and the chairs fell apart when moved. The front door was meant to be secured with a padlock, if it could be locked at all. The air conditioning didn’t cool the room, and the refrigerator was dirty. A dining room window wouldn’t open or close, and nobody tried to fix it. I told the owners about all of this but got no response. They just asked me to pay.

We arrived and couldn’t check in until 8 pm because they said they hadn’t managed to clean the room. It was still quite dirty. The refrigerator they said we’d have didn’t work, and they never repaired it. There was no way to heat water. I don’t recommend this place.

This is a simple place with a big heart, and the people made it easy to have a great experience. Thanks so much for your attention and for sharing with us. We’ll definitely come back to this beautiful place. Kisses and hugs, and have a beautiful life. The doggies too 😀.

Terrible. I made a reservation and contacted the lodging through WhatsApp. The person who answered said they were expecting me, but when I arrived, I was told there was a problem with the shower and my reservation would be canceled. This was at 11:15 at night. It felt like the lodging staff hadn’t communicated with each other and had rented the room to someone else. A complete lack of respect for the customer.
