I can’t understand the ratings for this place, and I’d never stay here again. The hotel feels very dated, with paint peeling off the walls, an uncomfortable bed, and not even basics like drinking water. Worst of all, the staff were very, very uninterested and rude, both in the evening and in the morning. Stay away!!!!!

The pool was a little dirty, though the atmosphere there was pleasant and calm. Being able to order at the bar and relax by the pool was the only good thing about the hotel. The restaurant food was very expensive for its quality, and I wouldn’t come back unless they make improvements. Looking at the reviews now, I see others had the same experience. The room had an old, noisy air conditioner, and we could hear hallway chatter from inside. There wasn’t a fridge for drinks or food either. Breakfast was the worst part: no fresh, tasty choices, just sweet puddings that looked old. The toast was hard, there was no cream cheese, and the coffee was worse than hospital coffee. For a tropical province, the lack of varied fruit was amazing.

We got the room at a great price, and the restaurant food was really good. They were doing a bit of remodeling while we were there, but made it easy for us to get around. Fernanda at the front desk was helpful the whole time, the restaurant guy was awesome, and Rogelio the taxi driver was patient and great. Great stay for the price.

Breakfast was very good and served early, through 10:00 am. The hotel itself is beautiful, with a nice pool surrounded by a lush park, and the room was good and comfortable. Its location near the road makes it easy to reach Puerto Iguazú and the falls.
