We missed our booking because of force majeure, but they still wouldn't refund us, even though it was a busy weekend when they could easily have filled the rooms. The customer support staff we reached were rude and wouldn't answer the phone. It's a shame they couldn't treat a customer with more kindness and understanding. I wouldn't recommend this place if you're looking for a calm, relaxing stay.

The room was clean, but it had a strange smell, and our pajamas had been left spread across the bed by the cleaning staff. The staff were friendly, though they didn't really speak English, and the wrong information they gave us cost us both time and money. Breakfast was mostly different kinds of bread and pretty plain. For what it offers, this hotel is overrated and the service is mediocre.

Personalized service is the best part here. Since the hotel is small, with only 18 rooms, the staff can really look after guests and make them feel welcome. It's near the Iguazú Falls and beside the Guaraní community. Getting to town takes about a 20-minute walk or a US$3 taxi ride. Breakfast is included and has a good selection, the restaurant service is nice, and the WiFi is good. Just keep in mind this isn't a luxury hotel.

The staff tried hard to make our stay good, even when the language gap caused the occasional mix-up. The setting is lovely, with the hotel built along wooden boardwalks in the jungle, and the city center isn't far. It looks amazing, and having a pool was nice. The building is quite dated and needs maintenance in places. Breakfast was honestly bad, especially the very dry bread. With some investment, this could be an amazing place to stay in Iguazu.

I really recommend this hotel, especially thanks to Abril, my favorite receptionist ever. The staff were all great, and the rooms were spacious, clean, and quiet. The shower was fantastic too. It's set in the jungle, where I saw beautiful butterflies and wonderful birds. Thank you!
