We stayed three nights, and the lodge grounds are large and well kept. Staff were continually cleaning, maintaining, and painting, and did a good job keeping everything looking nice. Front desk staff answered our questions and arranged taxis. Grace, the travel agent in the lobby, set up our visit to Iguazu Falls Park. Shops and restaurants are a 15-20 minute walk away, though part of the route is uphill. The hotel can arrange a taxi through WhatsApp. Room 106 had two queen beds, two large closets, a large shower, and a bathtub jacuzzi. The balcony chairs faced the jungle, with a partial view of a small waterfall. The huge salt water pool had shallow and deep sections, plus a swim-up bar. The friendly lifeguard was fun to chat with. Large modern rooms and a great pool make this a recommended stay. The restaurant was our one complaint. We ate breakfast three times and dinner once. Staff were slow and did a poor job clearing dirty dishes. Breakfast was average, and dinner was bad. Our food was already 45 minutes late when we asked about it, and it had been sitting in the kitchen, so it arrived cold. The seafood tagliolini was so poor we didn’t eat it, and the waitress removed it from the bill. The pasta was mushy and overcooked, the seafood wasn’t fresh, and the arugula salad was wilted and overdressed, with some pieces that were just stems. The next table’s arugula salad looked just as bad.

The pool was a great place to spend the day, and the quiet setting made a nice change from the sometimes hectic, noisy seven corners area. Town is still only about a 15 minute walk away. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, though the shower floor gets slippery, so watch your step. Breakfast had enough variety for different tastes. We ate dinner in town, so I can't speak to the food or prices here, but it was nice to have that option. Construction was limited to daytime and I hardly noticed it. As a travel agent, I'd happily book clients here.

The whole resort is beautiful and enchanting, and we couldn't have been happier with our stay. The food was delicious and reasonably priced, served in a gorgeous interior. Staff at check-in and in the restaurant were superb, kind and friendly. Huge thanks for connecting us with Alcides, the taxi driver. He was fantastic, always on time, helpful and friendly, and looked after us several times over our four days. Thank you so much for the stay at Iguazu Jungle resort.

The river and Brazil views were amazing, and there are two pools. We spent time at the nice one by the bar. Getting driven to our room with the luggage in a golf cart was great, too. The bed and pillows were very comfortable for a hotel abroad, and everything felt very updated. Breakfast is free and has a juice bar, coffee, European-style options, pastries, and eggs scrambled or fried. The eggs were a little runny, but the rest was fine, and it's free, so I'm not complaining. I made my own mimosas. For the money, it's hard to beat.

The rooms were spacious, clean, and really well kept, and the staff deserve a mention, especially Manuel. He's passionate about his work and knows how to connect with people. This was my first trip to Argentina, and I hope it won't be my last. It's a beautiful country with incredibly friendly people, and the waterfalls are something you have to see at least once.
