Hotel Bicentenario Suites & Spa

The room was comfortable, the bed was good, and breakfast was decent. Parking was a nice extra. The pool was being maintained when we visited, though, so we couldn't use it. The street outside the Hotel stays busy at night, and the poor sound insulation made our room very noisy. For a four-star hotel, breakfast could also have included real orange juice. The toiletries were hard to open and didn't seem climate friendly.

I chose this place because the price seemed good for how it looked, and it had a pool. But the pool wasn't available at any point during my stay. I only learned that after arriving, with no warning beforehand, and the hotel offered nothing useful beyond an apology. I also wasn't given complete information about the laundry service. It doesn't seem like they care much about the hotel's reputation, and I doubt I'll stay here again.

The staff were on top of everything and the place was very well organized. Management was around at the hotel and attentive to requests. And the breakfast was the best I've had in the city. Feeling energized and heading out for some mountain trekking now. Recommended!

Tucuman itself is a depressing town, but this could still be a decent option there. The hotel feels like three stars at most and doesn't have a friendly touch. There was no air-conditioning in the lobby or restaurant, and our room was very hot when we entered. It took hours to cool down, and it was noisy too.
