The streets are full of potholes, so take it slow or your car's front end could suffer. It's a shame, since the neighborhood itself is nice. Maybe poor management or residents who aren't willing to make bigger improvements are behind it.

The five-a-side football field is the part that really needs attention; it isn't in great shape. The tennis courts, playground and clubhouse are all well maintained, though, and the clubhouse works nicely for events. There's also a big pool with different depths and picnic spots right beside it. The country club has solid facilities and a friendly community, even if some details still need work to reach its potential.
