It’s a really comfortable place, with everything nearby. We’ll be back, and I’d definitely recommend it.

The next day, they finally got in touch and tried to sort out the communication breakdown. We went to the apartment in the end because our excursions were already booked and there wasn’t time to find somewhere else. They only offered not to charge us for the night we hadn’t slept there, and nothing toward the hotel costs we’d had. It was a horrible experience, and I wouldn’t recommend this place. I’d arranged to collect the key at a parking lot they had an agreement with, since I was due to arrive after 11:30 PM. But when I got there, the receptionist didn’t know anything about it. I called, sent WhatsApp messages, and emailed over and over, with no reply. I’d just arrived and didn’t know the area, so I had to go find somewhere else to stay.

Paula and Roxana paid close attention to everything, and Fabian, the doorman, was fantastic. The place is very comfortable and in an excellent spot. For parking, there’s a garage across the street that closes Saturday afternoons and Sundays, plus another one a block and a half away that stays open 24 hours. In Tucumán, I’d suggest Il Postino for a meal.

Roxana and Paula deserve a special mention. They were always available and took care of even the little things in the apartment. The location and amenities were very good, and everything went excellently.
