The room was a good size, with a large bathroom, and the overall space was clean. The pool looked inviting, but the bad weather meant we didn’t use it. Breakfast costs 7 USD per person, and the restaurant only serves breakfast, not lunch or dinner. They can store your luggage if needed. The front desk guy was great: he speaks very little English, but was patient and helpful, and we communicated well. He promptly fixed an issue with the bed. Arranging transport from the airport was quick and easy too. We had large bags, so the bus wasn’t an option. There’s no Uber or Didi here. The taxi mafia charges a flat 25K for transport from the airport to anywhere in town, and 70K to take you to the falls and bring you back when requested.

The customer service was impressive, and the hotel is good quality and very good value for money. My mother is a senior citizen and stayed at the Z Apart Hotel while visiting the Iguazu falls. Mr Nestor runs the place and was impeccable and helpful throughout. He recommended attractions, booked transport, helped her during her stay, and was always available for anything she needed. He answered our many WhatsApp messages on the spot, both before and during the visit. Mr. Nestor also recommended Mr. Guillermo, a taxi driver who took her to and from the airport and to the falls and other attractions. Having these two gentlemen assist her around the clock was an immense plus.
