The facilities were spotless, and the food was delicious, but the rules and interruptions made the visit frustrating. They took our food away before checking whether we’d finished. Staff kept coming in to see if the toilet was leaking or remind us we didn’t have much time left. We weren’t allowed to bring food or drink mate, and if we laughed too loudly, they scolded us because someone might be getting a massage nearby. The ad shows four people in the jacuzzi and others drinking mate, but in reality they only allow two, or one, in the jacuzzi, and one person in the sauna.

I went there to get my niece ready for her wedding. The room was super comfortable and the owner was very friendly. It’s a really nice place to stay and relax away from the city. Having your own car is recommended.

It’s a little way out from the center of Madryn, but very peaceful if you’re looking to relax. There’s a heated pool and a spa, and the food is delicious. The staff and owner are fantastic.

The outdoor pool was heated and super clean, and we’d love to return soon. My boyfriend and I stayed for a week in summer, in a very comfortable cabin for four. It was really clean, with a fully equipped kitchen, and we could cook on the patio too. There’s a TV and air conditioning, though we didn’t use either since the weather was nice. It’s 10 minutes from downtown, with some gravel roads along the way. The owners were very friendly and welcoming, and the dogs were cuddly and cute. I highly recommend it.
