The staff didn’t tell us about the water problem, and there was no water. The owners took no responsibility and wouldn’t adjust the charges. It made for a frustrating, disappointing stay. I wouldn’t recommend it to travelers.

It’s a peaceful, lovely place, and the owners are very kind. Getting to route 2 from the b&b is easy, which makes it convenient for exploring peninsula valdez. I’d definitely recommend staying here.

We had a wonderful few days at the 'Lavender-Ranch'. It’s a great place to slow down and relax.

Daniel and Patricia were so attentive and helpful, always looking after the details and ready to help with whatever we needed. The cabins are warm and cozy, like something from a fairytale, and the homemade breakfast was complete. La Calandria sits in a dreamlike spot in the middle of the El Doradillo reserve. We’ll be taking a piece of it with us, and it’s a must-stop for us next time. Highly recommended.

The lack of cleaning on Sundays didn’t feel ideal for hygiene, especially with the local practice of putting toilet paper in the trash. At first there was no hot water, which made things really uncomfortable. The host also hadn’t passed along the city’s announced water outage, so there was confusion. The stay wasn’t quite what I’d expected for my vacation.
