Complejo Duque

Being just one block from the beach was great, and the kids had fun in the park with its swing and slide during the day. At night, the heating kept us warm. The duplex worked really well for two adults and three children. It was clean, had two bathrooms, and there was a bed for everyone 😁. Lyda, who manages the place, was very friendly, and there were towels for all of us. I highly recommend it 🤩

The owners were very attentive, and the spacious place felt like home. It was clean and in an excellent location, a block from the beach and near several places for breakfast or dinner. Highly recommended.

The price felt extremely high compared with other duplexes I’ve stayed in that offered much more in amenities, tidiness, and comfort. I wouldn’t recommend this place at all. The service didn’t match the photos on Booking.com. The duplex we stayed in had many shortcomings: the children’s room seemed like an add-on and had no heating or television. The towels were old, faded, and crumpled, and the comforters were stained, as if they’d been soaked. Awful. There was no breakfast included, not even a newspaper or a tray of pastries, which is offered everywhere these days. There was also no maid service or even a change of towels and sheets. The grounds looked neglected, and the barbecue area was untidy. It’s unbelievable, considering how tourism is developed today.

The hosts were relaxed and friendly, and the place offered excellent value for money.
