The common areas are poorly maintained, and the apartment hallways are dirty and neglected. Soundproofing is awful too, so you hear everything from the neighbors and outside. The garage door keeps breaking, and there’s just one washing machine for this ten-story building. It doesn’t work well, and the owners don’t seem interested in maintenance or improvements, preferring to focus on summer rental income. The gas venting is badly done. Whenever someone uses the hot water, gas backs up onto the balconies with a strong, dangerous smell, so we have to keep the windows closed all the time. Most unsettling of all, I caught the doorman recording the security camera screens on his phone. It felt very unprofessional, especially since there’s also a camera pointed at the pool. This building was a very bad experience, and I don’t recommend living here or staying here for a short-term rental.

Olga, the manager, was fantastic, friendly, and gave us suggestions for places to visit and eat. We booked apartment 9C through Airbnb. It had a lovely view, a balcony, a good kitchen, and was comfortable. Everything was close by in this central location, and metered parking is available during banking hours. Getting the car into the garage was a little tricky, but not a big deal.

We were five, including three children, and had a wonderful stay. The apartment is spacious and comfortable, right in the city center, just 50 meters from the beach and close to everything. For longer stays, a washing machine or a service to change towels and sheets would be useful. Otherwise, we loved it and would happily return and recommend it.
