10/10
The staff are attentive and happy to help with both the stay and activities. Everything was clean and in good shape. It's a peaceful apart hotel in a lovely residential area, two blocks from the sea and ten from the centre, with everything reachable on foot or by car.

Some staff were friendly and helpful, though others were quite unpleasant, so the overall balance was positive but there’s room to improve. A misunderstanding came up over a payment that had been arranged earlier, and the attendant gave the customer a disgusting look. The maintenance is clearly poor: the microwave was incomplete and didn't work, and the power wires were untidy. In room 5, there's no exhaust in the kitchenette, so cooking can leave food smells lingering for the rest of the stay. More ventilation is needed, and don't count on being able to heat the room or cook comfortably.

A sweet hotel with nice rooms, and the waterfront is an easy walk away. The mattress really needs replacing soon.

Breakfast was very good, the staff were nice, and everything was clean and in good order.

The front desk staff were helpful, and breakfast was basic. It was a basic apartment, though we couldn't turn off the heating.
