Patagonia Apart Hotel

The location is spectacular, just a few steps from the beach and town center, with places to eat and shop nearby. The staff are fantastic, really friendly, and the room was spotless. It's a very basic hotel. Breakfast was okay, but very simple, with croissants and no fruit or other pastries. The Wi-Fi was terrible, and I used all my mobile data during the stay. Still, I enjoyed it and would definitely return.

We found it convenient to come back after exploring all day, then go out for dinner and walk around. The room itself was small, simple, and basic, but the atmosphere was pleasant and the staff were attentive. There's a secure garage at the back, though it's uncovered. The location is very good, close to the sea and a nice shopping area.

A real shame. The front desk staff treated me well and sorted out problems, but Mr. Carlitos was vulgar and abusive. I wouldn't recommend him, even if someone gave me the stay. There isn't internet in the rooms because the owner hasn't installed repeaters, and they expect you to come down to the front desk to work. The front desk staff are already dealing with complaints, too.

The staff were very friendly, the hotel was quiet, and the cleaning service was good. The location is very good, close to everything. What stood out, though, was how old and worn all the bedding was, from the pillows and comforters to the sheets and pillowcases.
