The property sits right on the beach and is easy to get to, but the service was poor. On our second morning, we had no power or water. The front desk wouldn’t turn on the generator without checking with their manager, who seemed to be overseas. It only got running after more than three hours of constant complaints. During that time there was no water, toilet, Wi-Fi, or way to prepare breakfast. The team didn’t seem empowered to make a decision and lacked basic complaint-handling skills, even though the fix seemed obvious: no power means switch on the generator. They also don’t respond to feedback by email, online, or on any website. It seems like they simply don’t care. Great location, nice property.

Waking up to whales visible from our room was unbeatable, and the hotel is right on the beach. The rooms are beautiful, the beds comfortable, and the balcony lovely. I also appreciated having breakfast provided each morning. They have a nice range of wines and snacks to enjoy in the evening while watching the sun set over the bay.

We really enjoyed our stay. The location is central with a sea view, and the room is spacious, with a comfortable bed and well-equipped kitchen. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We felt the bathroom amenities could do with an update, and breakfast delivered to the room could use more variety after two or three days, perhaps different bread, some fruit, and yogurt.

My dog loved staying here, especially the underfloor heating. The rooms are well appointed, with really comfortable beds and nice bedding, and mine had everything I needed to cook supper. There was a small but thoughtfully chosen set of utensils and pans. The location is superb, right on the beach, and the staff were charming and helpful, especially Lucas and Mercedes. For me, it’s the best place to stay on the Peninsula Valdez. I highly recommend it.

We stayed three nights and found this an easy choice as one of the best places to stay in the area. This modern boutique hotel is right by the ocean in a premium location, with attentive service, a comfortable bed, and meticulous cleanliness. The room comes with a practical kitchenette and fridge, plus a loaf of bread delivered each morning.
