That Asado with Martin (owners son) was the best part of our stay. He made us fantastic food, and we had such a fun evening with him. The hotel itself is a beautiful little oasis, much nicer than the photos show, with loads of thoughtful touches and comfortable places to sit. We loved the homemade breakfast, coffee available whenever we wanted, the honesty bar, the pool, and the lovely staff. Getting around was easy too. We sorted everything over WhatsApp or in person, and they arranged rides to the airport and wineries whenever we needed them. It all felt smooth and made the stay more relaxing. For the price, it’s amazing value. 11/10, we’ll recommend it to friends and family!

The location made things easy, with the airport, wineries, and a good restaurant nearby when we wanted a change for dinner. What really stood out, though, was the staff: warm and personal while still very professional and helpful with everything we needed. The rooms have plenty of charm and really good beds, and the food was better than expected, especially with the great wines alongside it. We had a fantastic time at Posada Oliva Verde. Absolutely one of the best Posadas you could stay at!

We were there for nearly a week and would happily come back. The garden and pool are kept in great shape, and there’s a cozy fireplace you can light whenever you feel like it. It’s a hidden gem in a convenient location. Our room and bed were really comfortable, and we enjoyed all the food and wine we tried. The staff were so friendly, and most of them speak English. Such a lovely hotel!

After two weeks in Mendoza, this was easily our favorite place. The villa was incredible, the people were wonderful, and it was real value. We had the best steak of our whole trip. Don’t miss the olive oil massage or the mushroom empanadas!
