We liked the neighborhood, especially the casual Venezuelan restaurant on the corner, which was a highlight for us. There's also a supermarket nearby. We thoroughly enjoyed our four nights at Vista Andina. The apartment was spotless, well-equipped, and had terrific views towards the Andes.
Lita was waiting for us when we arrived and was incredibly kind. The apartment was comfortable, quiet, well-equipped, and conveniently located near the center. One thing to know: the parking space only works for small cars. The ramp is narrow, so a very large vehicle won't have room to turn. Our Etios fit fine, but getting in takes care.
The shared spaces are excellent, with a grill, pool, multipurpose room, and bathrooms near the pool. The apartment itself is very well-equipped.
Mario is an excellent host and always ready to help. I also got to meet his mother, a wonderful person who was friendly, cordial, and incredibly helpful. It's a pleasure meeting people like them. This is an ideal apartment for a Mendoza city vacation, just steps from the center. It has everything, is new and comfortable, and has a beautiful view.
The owners were incredibly kind, and the apartment was spacious and exceptionally clean. The sheets and towels were spotless, and the kitchen equipment was impeccable. Its location is fantastic, right in the center next to a supermarket, greengrocer, kiosks, butcher shop, and fresh pasta shop. I recommend Pascucci. With safety nets on all the balconies and a bathtub in the bathroom, it's also very suitable for children. One of the best accommodation experiences I've had in Argentina, highly recommend it. Many thanks to the owners, we'll be back!
