We booked the hot tub, steam room, and sauna for private use, which I'd recommend. Reception also arranged a full body massage for us, payable in cash in Argentinan Pesos. Esteban came in from outside and was amazing, highly recommended after lots of trekking in Patagonia! Breakfast was plentiful and tasty, with scrambled eggs, bacon, the usual continental options, sweet pastries, and fruit bowls. The coffee let it down, though. The hotel is lovely, in a nice neighborhood, with a comfy bed and dated but comfortable rooms. The shower was okay, but water pressure went up and down, probably because of use in other rooms. On the next street, La Lucia has fancier dining and HUGE steaks. Estancia la Florencia is further up the street, more casual, just as good, and cheaper.

The paper thin walls meant we could hear everything. The hotel's arrogance is embarrassing for a place that's barely 3 star, and this definitely doesn't apply to housekeeping or breakfast. At first, they tried to charge me 80 USD for an airport ride, so I arranged a different one. Then they charged me in dollars at a conversion rate, even though their computer clearly showed prices in ARS, and blamed my bank. This is my 15th hotel stay in Argentina, and no other place has had a problem with my card. This is NOT a 4 star hotel in any way.

Amelia and Mile were great, helping us check in early and keep our bags after checkout. The staff and service were top tier, and the rooms were huge and comfortable. Best hotel breakfast we've had since staying in Argentina. Highly recommend!

The bathrooms are tired, but I'd still happily return. The staff were very helpful, upgraded us to a larger room, and served a good breakfast.
