Breakfast was a daily hassle: the hours kept changing, from 8:30 to 10:00 am, and when we went, there wasn't even coffee available. That left little room to get ready before heading out on excursions. The service was terrible, and my friends and I had a horrible stay. The place didn't look like the advertised photos, and the bathroom was filthy, clogged, damaged, and flooded. They said they'd repair it and give us a discount for the inconvenience, but then demanded full payment. I've never stayed in a hotel in such awful condition. My advice is simple, don't go.

The location is superb, and the hotel is peaceful, clean, and staffed by friendly people. Because of COVID restrictions, breakfast was served at a bar a few steps away, and it was reasonably priced. It's fine for a short visit, though the pillows, mattresses, and bathroom weren't very comfortable.

I wouldn't recommend staying here. The room was poorly lit, the outlets were broken, and the TV was an old 14-inch set. There was no soap or shampoo, and noise from other rooms carried straight through. Nothing about the place stood out in a good way.

If you're only passing through, this is a good choice. It's close to the city center and the service is a real plus. The room was clean and comfortable, with the essentials, hot water, and an electric heater, though the furnishings are a bit dated. Breakfast is basic but gets the day started. It's the most affordable option I found downtown in Mendoza. 👌
