On 12.12.2017, I stayed for one night at this nice hotel. I was billed for two nights. At checkout they said the internet wasn't available, so I paid in cash, but then they charged my credit card too. I contacted the hotel and they admitted it was a mistake, but refused to refund the extra charge. Be careful.

We had two birthday girls in our group, and the hotel let us decorate their rooms. Everything about that was fantastic! The hotel is very quiet, which made it a great place to relax after a long day sightseeing. It's two blocks from the main square and a block and a half from the bus terminal. Staff were incredibly attentive and friendly. Our rooms were spacious and very clean, with an amazing shower, good water pressure, and a window looking out onto the Hill of Seven Colors. Breakfast is simple, just the basics, but it was all delicious.
