Apart Boutique Rafaela

It’s very quiet here, in a peaceful neighborhood just a few meters from the Teacher Training Institute. A bus line goes by about 100 meters away. The city center is around 2 kilometers off. I hadn’t realized it was a boutique aparthotel; from outside, I thought it looked like one of the small condominiums or complexes they call that in Rafaela.

The apartment was comfortable, well equipped, and had covered parking. The facilities were excellent. There’s no one there all the time, so you have to arrange your arrival with the owner, who hands you the key.

They still wouldn’t return my 20% deposit, even though I gave them a week’s notice. I think treating tourists this way is unethical, both legally and morally. It’s 2019, not 1960, and we’ll be filing a complaint for fraud.

The rooms get way too much light at dawn, so they really need blackout curtains. Otherwise, it was comfortable.
