Hotel Aguamarina

The location was the only good part of my three-night stay, and I don't know what the price was because I booked through a package. The entrance looks like all facade, and the morning receptionist was disgusting. The afternoon receptionist was cooler. There were also little black bugs in my room, like mold bugs, and a musty smell. The curtains were filthy and felt hard with dirt on them. I ended up buying disinfectant wipes for the nightstands and antibacterial spray. The sheets had sand in them when we arrived. They never actually changed them, just came in and shook them out, then made the bed. In the bathroom, water splashed into the bedroom unless you put a mop in front of the door. The shower had a built-in massager with a big, heavy spray, haha. A cleaning lady even opened a room that wasn't hers with a different key, which felt like less security. The Wi-Fi was unreliable, so I had to connect the TV to my phone's hotspot. We had a package that included a full breakfast with yogurt, cake, fruit, and cereal, but none of that was served. If you came down at 9:30, they didn't seem to care. For dinner, we had to go to a hotel five blocks away, since my package included dinner there. The waiters brought the appetizer before we'd finished eating, then the main course, and dessert right after. There was supposed to be a dinner show, but that didn't happen either. I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT.
