Our superior room was really nice, and the location is excellent. The reception staff were attentive and helpful. Breakfast was decent, though adding fruit, cold cuts, and eggs would make it better. The other issue was the elevator, which gets very crowded at busy times. They really need another one.

10/10
The superior rooms were spacious, with all the amenities, including air conditioning, full bathrooms, and large windows. Breakfast was delicious and there was plenty of it. The hotel's also in a great spot, close to everything. On all our stays, the whole reception team paid attention to the little things that made us comfortable. Thank you, dear friends at Hotel Neptuno. We'll definitely be back.

The superior room felt bare, and there were stains on the sheets. The carpets could use a cleaning too, details they should take care of. On the plus side, the staff were attentive and gave excellent service. Breakfast was adequate, and the shower was good.
