Breakfast had plenty of variety, and the hotel is only a few blocks from the beach and pedestrian area. Our room and bathroom were spacious and comfortable, with linens, blankets, towels, a hairdryer, soap, and shampoo provided. The place was spotless, with housekeeping every day. The air conditioning and Wi-Fi both worked perfectly, and the staff were respectful and attentive. I had an excellent stay and would definitely come back. Great value for the money.

Everything we needed was close by: the beach, San Sebastián resort, the pedestrian area, and the Basilica are just two blocks away. We stayed four days, and the staff were consistently friendly and ready to help. Breakfast was complete, and one evening we tried the set menu, which came with an appetizer, main course, and dessert. It was a generous option, and the prices were very affordable, much better than out on the street. Thanks for everything, we'll definitely be back soon! 🫶🏻🩵🙂

The staff were friendly and attentive, and the food was delicious with good-sized portions. It was a pleasant off-season stay, with the beach nearby and easy access to the city center. There wasn't much traffic. Our room was comfortable for two, though not very big. The bathroom was tiny and had no bidet, and the shower was so small and uncomfortable it was almost impossible to use.

The half-board meals came in generous portions, and the room service was excellent, especially the cleaning. My friends and I stayed until this morning and were very happy with the service. It's a shame the rooms no longer have minibars.

Breakfast is part of the price, which is reasonable, and parking is available if you need it. The room was on the small side, but it had Wi-Fi and air conditioning. It was clean, and the location is excellent.
